Classified is the fourth zombies map available to players in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, though it will require players to pick up the Black Ops Season Pass in order to access it. Like Blood of the Dead, Classified is a remake of an older Black Ops zombies map, Five, and includes some old and new places for players to explore as they fight to survive. To help you survive the onslaught of zombies we’ve put together this handy article, which will detail everything you need to know to activate the Pack-A-Punch in Classified so you can start upgrading your weapons in Black Ops 4 zombies.
How to Pack-A-Punch in Classified
The first step to getting the Pack-A-Punch machine up and running in Classified is to locate the War Room. Here you’ll find a teleporter that can jet you around to different places throughout the map. It’s a great little hub, though to get where we need to go, you’re going to need to find and build the Signal Amplifier, which will make the teleporter more powerful.
Build the Signal Amplifier
To build the Signal Amplifier you’re going to need to find and acquire three different pieces. Now, these pieces can be rather difficult to find, as two of the pieces have multiple possible spawn locations. The good news is we’ve outlined those spots below, so it’s just a matter of checking them out each time you make a run through this map.
Part 1 – Metal Housing
The first piece that you’ll want to acquire is the Metal Housing. So far we’ve discovered two different locations for this item, but there may be more out there. We’ll continue playing Classified to see if we can find any more spots and update you as we know more. For now, here are the spots we know:
The first location that you’ll want to check is in the Main Offices. Head to the back of the room in this area and look out for the park under the flag near the perk machine.
If it isn’t at the first location, head over to the center of the office in the Main Offices and look for it on the desk here.
Part 2 – Wired Device
The next part that you need to find to build the Signal Amplifier is the Wired Device. This item has at least three possible spawn locations that we’ve discovered so far, though there may be more out there, so we’ll be sure to update you if we discover more. For now, here’s what we know:
The first location that you can look for the Wired Device is down in the Morgue. Make your way inside and then look on the desk near the hallway door that is just to the right of the office here.
The next spot to check is also in the Morgue. The easiest way to spot it is to look out for the iron lungs machine and then look out for a small metal shelf next to the machine.
Finally, make sure you check the office in the Morgue for a possible third spawn point. Look in the chair to see if the Wired Device has spawned there.
Part 3 – Metal Part
Finding the final part of the Signal Amplifier is a bit easier than the last two parts. Make your way over to the War Room and flip the four Defcon switches in the room. You can find three of the switches in the main part of the War Room. The final switch will be down in the Server Room. Once you’ve activated all four switches, hop into the teleporter to be taken over to the Panic Room. Inside the Panic Room you can find the final part—the Metal Part—behind the secret door here, so make sure you look around.
Now that you have all three of the pieces, head to Weapons Testing and build the Signal Amplifier at the workbench here. Now it’s time to enhance the teleporter and move on to the next step.
Amplify the Teleporter
With the Signal Amplifier constructed, make your way back over to the War Room and place the Signal Amplifier at the foot of the teleporter. Once it’s done, it’s time to activate all the Defcon switches once more. This will boost the teleporter’s signal, allowing you to travel to a new area, Groom Lake. You should see the Pack-A-Punch machine readily available once you reach Groom Lake. Congratulations! Now you can start upgrading your weapons for 5,000 points.
