In Neverness to Everness, Fons is the main currency that acts as money. These are used for almost everything, so Fons are never enough. There are several ways to get Fons, with a lot of them being time-gated through daily, weekly, bimonthly, and monthly resets.

Capitalizing on all the ways to earn Fons is the best way to get them, especially when you want to run through your City Tycoon level. Here are all the ways to earn Fons, so you never forget their resets, including all the one-time Fons rewards in certain content in NTE.

All the Best Ways to Earn Fons in Neverness to Everness

Burning City Stamina

Each player has a City Stamina cap that is used to do activities or hobbies like playing restaurant, Mahjong, city delivery, and more fun minigames. With so many activities to choose from, you might be wondering which activity to play to get more Fons.

However, it doesn’t work that way. City Stamina is actually proportionately tied to how much Fons you gain, which is around 1 City Stamina to 1,000 Fons. For example, if you win a game of Mahjong, you get 25,000 Fons, which also deducts your City Stamina by 25. If you play a restaurant minigame and maybe get a 1-star on the challenge, you earn 2,000 Fons and only lose 2 City Stamina.

So, there isn’t really much to talk about regarding City Stamina and Fons apart from burning through it every week to earn as much Fons as possible. If you want a way to burn City Stamina fast, I do it in two main ways: play Mahjong Inferno or play the Owner’s Selection Guide (restaurant).

In Mahjong Inferno, you can activate the Auto Play, Auto Win, and Disable the Pong feature to literally make the game play for you and just leave the game open. The AI plays smart, so you can really win even if you let it autoplay. This isn’t time-efficient since Mahjong games are quite long, but at least you don’t have to play and do something else while using this method.

As for the Owner’s Selection Guide, the tactic here is to have and use the character, Baicang, and use his Life Skill to get a 3-star as fast as possible in the restaurant minigame. Baicang allows you to spam the Hammer feature while also progressing through the challenge at the same time. After around 15 seconds, you can leave, grab the reward, and repeat, getting 6,000 Fons per attempt.

It is also worth noting that when you get Tycoon Level 16, your City Stamina Cost increases by 100%, meaning you do fewer activities for more Fons and save you more time.

Bimonthly Pink Paw Heist

At City Tycoon Level 10, you will unlock the Pink Paw Heist feature, which will give you 1 million per reset. However, Pink Paw Heist doesn’t reset every week, but rather every two weeks. There isn’t any stamina involved with Pink Paw Heist, and there’s absolutely no pressure when it comes to running it multiple times.

Pink Paw Heist is a game mode where you have a set time to get as many items as possible and extract through a phone booth. The items you extract have the Fons value, which you have to extract. Not all phone booths are active, and some of the active phone booths close at a random time near the end. There’s no limit on how many times you can run the Pink Paw Heist

Circle Bounty Guide

This is the game’s battle pass. There are free and premium trees, which reward Fons, along with several useful resources. As of the first battle pass, there are no Fons available in the free line or Standard Hunter Supplies. However, there’s a massive Fons reward when you buy it and complete it throughout because every level above 50 gives you 10,000 Fons.

Daily Fons Rewards

There are several activities that give you some Fons every day. One of the most common (and naturally done when you play) is the Exploration Guide’s daily participation objectives. Just spend your City Stamina, spend your Character Pixels, Fons, manage your Cafe, send gifts, upgrade an ARC, play a Pink Paws Heist, defeat enemies, use ultimates, and log in. Any of these activities will progress your daily, giving you consistent rewards like Fons and Annulith.

The Cafe by Origen – Investing in several Cafe shops and collecting earnings from them each day is a consistent but slow way to get Fons. Better than nothing, right? Maximize your earnings by getting characters with good Life Skills to operate the shop. Put expensive menu items and always restock for 72 hours.

One-time Fons Rewards

Exploration Guide (Stage 1 to 8) – All of these give Hunter Rank and Fons for each objective. It adds up to hundreds of thousands of Fons, which is a massive amount. The best thing about it is that it gives you direction on how to progress, hence its name, the Exploration Guide.

Hunter Rewards – There are Fons rewards at certain Hunter Rank levels. These aren’t big, but they still count for something.

Event Rewards – There are regular events and promotions ongoing that are worth finishing. Always check the events and look for rewards, as most of these give a massive Fons reward and even Annulith. For example, the BigOwl Express event at the game’s launch just requires you to finish the Beyond the Rails “Fracture Circle” to claim a free Haniel character, including 260x Annulith, and 300,000 Fons, along with other useful materials.

Anomaly Commissions – When you open the map and open the Anomaly button on the lower-right corner of the map screen, you’ll see a ton of Common and High-Risk Commissions. Finish these and get a massive Fons reward, including some extra Fons from the overall Anomaly Commission completion reward progress.

The Witch’s House Oracle Stones – Ever encountered those Ravens roaming around the world? Yup, going through those Ravens not only gives you Footprint Points for your map progress, but also gives you Oracle Stones to be given to the Witch to level up the Oracle. Every level reward alternates between 30,000 Fons and 30,000 Beetle Coins. However, most players would probably just want the Hunter Rank and Annulith Rewards from these, as they are more lucrative.

Side Missions (blue exclamation points) – There are several side missions around the world, and finishing them will give you Hunter Rank, Annulith, Fons, and other materials. The longer or harder the side mission, the better the reward.

Win Street Races (Pink Flag icons on the map) – Street races are available on the map, which are different from the races in the Hethereau Hobbies section. These give Annulith and Fons as a reward when won.

Fair Exchange Shop – Warp Exchange gives you 50,000 Fons for 10x Warp Pieces. Lost Exchange gives you 10,000 Fons for 15x Lost Pieces with a monthly limit of 20 purchases per month. Neither of these is worth it unless you spend hundreds or thousands of dollars in the game. Since these Warp Pieces and Lost Pieces are mainly gotten from chests when pulling for characters, those currencies are mostly used to unlock character dupe cards or more pull dices.

Medal Shop and Otherworld Salvage Station Shop – The Medal Shop sells easily acquirable materials along with Fons in exchange for Peril Hunt Medal, obtained from completing high-risk commissions. The Fons are actually worth buying since most of the other items being sold are easily acquirable finishing content using Character Pixels. The same goes for the Otherworld Salvage Station Shop, which uses Train Logs that are acquired from the Beyond the Rails content.

Redeemable Codes – There are promotional codes that expire, but these are usually amazing rewards such as Fabricated Dices, Annulith, and sometimes give Fons as well.

Paid Rewards

Riftcrystal Mining Permit – There are several ways to get Fons using real money or dipping into microtransactions. The most cost-efficient one is the Riftcrystal Permit, which is the monthly crystal bonus that also gives 30,000 Fons every day apart from the 90x Annulith. Buying this one will give you these rewards every daily reset until it expires (one purchase is equal to 30 days).

Gift Center Picks – There are some packs that give you Fons with monthly stocks. A Diversified Assets Pack gives you 1,000,000 Fons for around $4.99, depending on your local currency.
