The final new submachine gun has arrived in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and players can start running around with the ISO 9mm. This variant of the ISO 45 is even faster than its older brother and has the potential to shred through enemies in the blink of an eye, which I can help with in my own MW2 build.
Best Attachments for the ISO 9mm in MW2
Compared to the 45, the ISO 9mm is even faster, but the types of attachments needed are nearly the same. I prioritize mobility and then place an emphasis on control toward the front of the weapon. Just forget about long range in most cases and prepare to use a build that shreds at mid to close range.
Best ISO 9mm Loadout Attachments in MW2:
- Barrel: ISO 45 Factory (+0.32 weight, +0.14 length)
- Muzzle: Bruen Pendulum (+0.38 weight, +0.12 length)
- Underbarrel: Agent Grip (+0.48 weight, +0.22 length)
- Rear Grip: EXP Shear (-0.64 weight, -0.15 width)
- Laser: 1mw Quick Fire Laser (-0.28 weight, -31.26 zeroing distance)
To make sure the weapon isn’t bouncing around any time I shoot, I add three control attachments. The ISO 45 Factory, the Bruen Pendulum, and the Agent Grip will all provide some form of recoil stabilization, so each shot is accurate. The barrel itself provides some much-needed damage range.
Then we have the EXP Shear and the 1mw Quick Fire Laser for mobility. You can add a collapsed stock instead of the laser for even more ADS speed, but the laser has no negatives, which is why I prefer it in Modern Warfare 2.
And there you have it! Try this loadout in your next match and notice your accuracy increase significantly. If this guide helped you, consider clicking the Modern Warfare 2 tag below to discover some more optimal loadouts.
