Path of Exile 1’s Legacy of Phrecia event aims to break all norms by introducing 19 new build-defining class ascendancies. These ascendancies were something the developers had thought about and scrapped over the years.
Given the current lack of content in Path of Exile 1, they decided to make it an event – just for fun. The Legacy of Phrecia event will bring out everyone’s creative side and see what players can develop in a “shorter” amount of time. Here’s a compilation of the best Path of Exile Legacy of Phrecia builds out there.
Top Content Creator Builds in Path of Exile’s Legacy of Phrecia Event
Blind Prophet Elemental Hit of the Spectrum

The Blind Prophet Elemental Hit of the Spectrum will likely be my league starter choice for the event. Blind Prophet will surely be one of the most-played ascendancies due to its sheer power with its tree and the current 3.25 “meta” returning for another round.
Careless and Directionless will be the focal point of most projectile builds, giving the Blind Prophet’s Elemental Hit of the Spectrum an extra layer of power when using Nimis since your shots will already be “random.”
Fubgun’s Blind Prophet EHOS will be your go-to content creator for the build, especially if you want to scale to the endgame.

Blind Prophet Lightning Strike
Fubgun’s Blind Prophet Lightning Strike arrives again as one of the strongest builds in the event. Lightning Strike was already the top build in Settlers of Kalguur’s 3.25, and it just got even stronger because of the new tech from the ascendancies.
Lightning Strike forces you to play closer compared to other bow builds, but it also scales with more projectiles, making the Blind Prophet perfect for the build. Other alternatives exist, but the LS build should clean up T17 smoothly with little to no problems apart from the lack of defensive utility.
Scavenger Power Siphon Mines

Zizaran’s Scavenger Power Siphon Mines reaches the top of the best builds ladder as Power Siphon has been one of the strongest skills in 3.25. However, the playstyle feels awkward initially because there are a range of restrictions for the mine tech to work when clearing.
However, the build becomes incredibly cheap to scale up and quite strong defensively.

Whisperer Kinetic Blast

Palsteron’s Whisperer Kinetic Blast boasts an incredibly fast map clear speed because of its massive AoE. Still, it is also considered a strong endgame build because it almost has infinite scaling if you have the currency. While its single-target damage is not great, some workarounds for them can make the build quite annoying to play if you love alternating between bosses and mapping.
However, the build is relatively easy to understand as you’ll be mana stacking to scale your damage.
Servant of Arakaali Summon Raging Spirits

GhazzyTV’s Servant of Arakaali SRS will be the go-to build for those who love minion builds. GhazzyTV has a complex rundown of the build as it goes through different “phases” as you progress through the campaign and into the endgame.
The playstyle revolves around minions, applying some curses, and dodging while your minions destroy everything in sight. The speed is decent but slower compared to other top builds. However, the SRS or minion build excels in boss fights, especially when you invest more in the build.

Ancestral Commander Volcanic Fissure of Snaking
Goratha’s Ancestral Volcanic Fissure of Snaking excels in its defensive capabilities (melee) and dealing great damage. The build revolves around Autoexertion on multiple warcries, similar to most meta melee builds in Settlers of Kalguur. The build is a great league starter, perfect for beginners. The build also scales up wonderfully to T17 maps with more investment. There are alternative builds like Boneshatter you can switch to when you want something new.
