Assassin’s Creed Valhalla PC System Requirements

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, the next entry in Ubisoft’s major pillar series from the teams behind Assassin’s Creed Origins, is almost out.

Whether you’re going to hop right in, or wait for the next-gen version, it’s an exciting release either way. Of course if you’re playing on PC, the next-gen experience is already there.

Depending on your specs, naturally. Ubisoft has been doing a great job with its PC specs requirements, breaking them down to really help people who may have different kinds of displays or needs. 

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla PC Requirements Guide

The system requirements are split up into several groups, sorted by your target display resolution, as well as frame rate where applicable.

It seems like you won’t be able to get to 4K/60 even in the PC version as of yet, but you can still get this thing looking and running pretty snazzily.

So without any more word count padding (ya boy has bills to pay), here are the official Assassin’s Creed Valhalla PC system requirements, per Ubisoft’s official website:

Minimum Configuration – Low preset 1080p 30 FPS

• Processor (AMD / INTEL): Ryzen 3 1200 – 3.1 Ghz / i5-4460 – 3.2 Ghz
• RAM: 8 GB (Dual-channel mode)
• Video Card: AMD R9 380 – 4GB / GeForce GTX 960 4GB
• Storage: 50 GB HDD (SSD Recommended)
• Operating system: Windows 10 (64-bit only)
• DirectX Version: DirectX 12
• Additional note: Requires GPU with DirectX 12 (Feature Level 12_0) support

Recommended Configuration – High preset 1080p 30 FPS

• Processor (AMD / INTEL): Ryzen 5 1600 – 3.2 Ghz / i7-4790 – 3.6 Ghz
• RAM: 8 GB (Dual-channel mode)
• Video Card: AMD RX 570 – 8GB / GeForce GTX 1060 – 6GB
• Storage: SSD (50 GB)
• Operating system: Windows 10 (64-bit only)
• DirectX Version: DirectX 12
• Additional note: Requires GPU with DirectX 12 (Feature Level 12_0) support

Recommended Configuration – High preset 1080p 60 FPS

That’s a whole lot of information, and with PC gaming we all know that coems with the territory. That’s the juice you’re gonna need to get the latest, massive open world historical fiction (?) action/adventure/RPG gumbo Assassin’s Creed sequel running on your videogame computer machine.

Hopefully you’re already set, and don’t need to go out and buy upgrades. Or if you have rad Internet like me, you can just check it out on Stadia and cut out the middleman.
