All Zed and Mire Types in Killing Floor 3 – Explained

There are two types of enemies in Killing Floor 3: Zeds and Mires. Zeds are bio-engineered humanoids made by the Horzine, while Mire is a substance used by Horzine to create some of the Zeds.

Queen CrawlerDestroy webs and eggs. Puts down Mire portals to teleport and attack from. Weak in the head, mouth, and back pustules.Strong Against: Force and Acid

ChimeraThrows Mire energy balls (orange), and it’ll spawn Zeds. Uses tentacle projectiles. Extremely aggressive and can teleport to players. Weak in the glowing arm, head, and chest.Strong Against: Electric and Heat

Sound Wave also counts as a damage type, but isn’t listed on the table above. Sound Wave is effective against armor, but ineffective against flesh and zedtechs, which means it might just be suitable for breaking down armor on Fleshpounds and Scrakes.

These Zeds can take a while to get used to, but it is going to be a fun journey progressing as a team of six every time you run a game.
