Octopath Traveler is a game in which you and your merry comrades bounce across Solista, killing monsters, mad scientists, and bourgeoise. However, sometimes those merry comrades also hang out and get into shenanigans together. Here are all the Crossed Paths in Octopath Traveler 2.

One of the biggest complaints against the original Octopath Traveler was that the companions did not spend that much time chatting with each other. Octopath Traveler 2 addresses that complaint with Crossed Paths, subplots that involve two characters.

These Crossed Paths trigger once you have progressed far enough in the two paired characters’ individual questlines. Once you have gotten far enough with both, you will see a new icon on the map that has both characters’ faces side by side. Head to this town and you will be able to start their quest immediately if you have both character in your party or through the tavern once both members are in your party.
