All Heart Items in Persona 3 Reload, Listed (P3R)

You'll love to get these

Some Personas will give out Heart Items that allow you to create some of the best equipment pieces available in the game. Not only do you need to fuse them correctly, but you also need to level them before they hand out the item.

Every Heart Item in Persona 3 Reload

Heart Items are obtained once you level your Persona to a certain level, and can be used as materials in the Mayoido Antiques shop in Paulownia Mall to craft exclusive equipment for your characters. In previous titles, for the Heart Items, you used to need to level a Persona until it learns its final skill. Thankfully now, they made the process easier and more enjoyable for players. These items range from better-than-average weapons to the mighty Ultimate Weapons, which all require late-game Personas to craft.

Many Personas have unique Heart Items, while some others will yield you “generic” items such as Soul Sea Driblet. Only fused Personas can hold a Heart Item.

If you want multiple copies of the same Heart Item, you need to either fuse the Persona again (after it’s no longer in your stock) or register it before you obtain its Heart Item, then level it up until you get it. Discard the Persona or fuse it away without registering it, then summon it back from the Compendium to repeat the process.

How to Get Heart Items Faster in Persona 3 Reload

Leveling up your Personas can always be tricky. If you want to get Heart Items ASAP, the Protagonist should always be wearing the Avaricious Amulet, which increases your earned experience by 15%. Fighting battles alone also increases your experience, so go for that if you feel confident enough.

Aside from that, you should always pick Personas of the same Arcana as the one you want to level up during Shuffle Time. So always pick a Loki card (a Fool Persona) if you want to get Susano-o’s (another Fool Persona) item, for example.

But the quickest method by far is purposedly spawning The Reaper and killing it with the Armageddon Theurgy, obtained after fusing Helel and Satan. A single battle will probably give you a Heart Item immediately.

As long as you can reliably refill your Theurgy gauge for the next battle and heal yourself after using the super move, you should have no problems with that. It’s cheesy but effective.
