After her debut in the recent Roses and Muskets event, Chevreuse is finally becoming playable in Genshin Impact. As a 4-star Pyro Polearm character, she’s starring as yet another healer-buffer option for many teams if you wish to fully ascend her.
Genshin Impact: All Chevreuse Ascension and Talent Materials Listed
Chevreuse rarely uses her spear and sticks to her trustable gun instead. And since her focus is on her skills rather than her basic attacks, chances are that you won’t even see it when fully ascending her.
Ascension Materials
- x168 Lumidouce Bell.
- x46 Fontemer Unihorn.
- x1 Agnidus Agate Silver.
- x9 Agnidus Agate Fragment.
- x9 Agnidus Agate Chunk.
- x6 Agnidus Agate Gemstone.
- x18 Meshing Gear.
- x30 Mechanical Spur Gear.
- x36 Artificed Dynamic Gear.
- x420,000 Mora.
Chevreuse needs a lot of Lumidouce Bells to ascend to the max level. There’s a limited amount of these around Fontaine, so you’ll have to either wait a few IRL days for more of these to respawn or visit another person’s world instead.
But don’t think that’s enough as you’ll also need to chase a lot of Meka enemies around the region to use their gears. This is the easiest part, though, and can be done at any time. Chances are that you might already have enough Gear items from exploring and Daily Commissions.
What can take longer is beating the Millenial Pearl Seahorse, the World Boss who yields the Fontemer Unihorns. With a World Level 6 or higher, you’ll have to beat it from 16 to 23 times, if you’re really unlucky. This is only needed if you’re going all the way for her final ascension, of course.
Talent Materials
- x9 Teachings of Order.
- x63 Guide to Order.
- x114 Philosophies of Order.
- x18 Meshing Gear.
- x66 Mechanical Spur Gear.
- x93 Artificed Dynamic Gear.
- x18 Lightless Eye of the Maelstorm.
- x3 Crown of Insight.
- x4,959,000 Mora.
Fontaine’s Talent Domain will be receiving a few more visits if you wanna max her out. The Order books are available on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, so spend your Resin wisely on those days. Note that her Basic hits aren’t as necessary, so no need to bother with them.
The hardest part might be gathering enough Lightless Eye of the Maelstorm, items received from the All-Devouring Narwhal Weekly Boss. Due to the limited amount of these we can get per week, it could take a good while until you get her Talents at a nice level.
Chevreuse can have some niche uses with her passive ATK% boosts and timely heals, so if you feel like needing a Pyro healer other than Bennett, she might be the best call. Even though the boy’s still a beast of a unit.
