Bounty Boards in Fortnite give players a way to earn some extra Gold Bars during their matches. Players can interact with the boards to pick up a bounty on another player, and if you successfully track them down and eliminate them, you will receive Gold Bars as a reward. It’s an easy way to figure out if someone is close to you and can be a solid way to learn information about player positions over the course of the match.

When a player interacts with a bounty board, they will be randomly assigned another nearby player to eliminate. The target player will be marked on the map by a large circle showing their rough location. The target player will also know that they are being hunted, and will have a meter showing them how close you are to them. If you manage to take them out in time, you get rewarded with Gold Bars. If another player eliminates them before you can get to them, then you will only get half the reward.
