If you know your username, you can reset your password. You'll then get an email with a link to create a new password and you'll be able to sign in.

  • What if I don't know or remember my email address or username?

  • I've entered my email address to retrieve my username but I haven't gotten an email yet?

The email address field is case sensitive (just like the username and password fields). You must enter your email address exactly as you did at registration in order to retrieve your account information. Check your spam folder as well to see if the email went there. If you still don't get an email, contact us and we'll help you out!

Viewing eGuides

  • How do I view the eGuide that I just purchased?

Once you sign in, your guides are listed on the My Guides page.

  • How do I download the eGuide I just purchased?

All of the eGuides on are web access only and do not need to be downloaded. You can access them at any time from any device.

DLC Codes

  • Where can I find my DLC code(s)?

Once you sign in, your DLC codes are listed on your My Guides & DLC Codes page.

  • I have entered my DLC code and it is invalid. What do I do?

Contact us and include your code exactly as it is printed. We'll help you out!

Account Issues

  • I have more than one account and I would like to merge them into one login, how can I do this?

Sign in to the account you want to keep, and then use the merge accounts tool under your account settings to merge your other accounts.

  • How can I change the email address registered to my account?

Contact us and provide the email address for your account as well as the new one you would like to use instead.

  • How do I sign up for the Prima Games newsletter?


Visit the newsletter subscribe page and sign up with your email. Or you can check the "Subscribe to newsletter" box in your account settings and choose update my account.


  • Do you provide refunds for eGuides and other digital products?

Sorry, but eGuide purchases and other digital products (i.e., DLC codes) are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with one of our products, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you out.
