Please note that if your question is about a digital Prima eGuide that you access with a Redeem Code you received with your printed Prima Guide book, you need to go down to the eGUIDE [insert a link here] section below. These guides are not on the same web platform as our website. 

 

Editorial Inquiries: If you would like to comment on an article and get feedback from the Prima community, we suggest you go to one of our social channels where the community can exchange comments and questions. If you feel that your message should be communicated directly with an editor send that to editor@primagames.com 

 

Advertising Inquiries:  If you are interested in advertising on Prima Games you can reach our advertising team at sales@asteri.io

 

Technical Questions: If you are having trouble with our website, please take the common steps to refresh and/or restart your browser. If problems persist please send an email with a description of your problem to techsupport@primagames.com. Please note that when we have a server issue or there is an internet problem that is out of our control, or if the issue that has already been resolved you may not see a response to your email. 

 

eGUIDES:

 

FAQs for eGUIDES with Redeem Codes: Digital guides that use a redeem code will have access through March 1, 2020. Redeem codes were provided to customers who purchased printed Prima Guides. Currently, there are no print guides planned for the future. 

 

Multiple Accounts-if you have more than one account for your guides, You can merge accounts so all of your guides can be in one place.

 

  • Log in to your preferred account
  • Click on your username (top right of the page)
  • Select My Profile
  • Click on tab Merge Accounts
  • Log in with your other account and click Merge this Account
  • If you have more than one additional account, you will need to do this for each one.

You cannot locate your account- you may have registered your account with one of the Prima social media accounts. Please check to see if you can access guides from [with links--to FB and any others that provide registration]  

If you want to Close your guide account send an email with CLOSE in the subject line to techsupport@primagames.com.   Include the email on your account.Closing your account means you will no longer be able to access your guides.

Email Change for Guide Accounts:  We are no longer able to change email accounts for guides.

Helpful Tip: Both your username and password are case sensitive.

Redeem Code Not Working

You must be logged in when attempting to redeem. Be aware that the code is not case sensitive, however, the dashes must be entered. Also, please note that sometimes browsers can have add-ons that block parts of our website so using a different browser may resolve this issue.  

The code may have already been redeemed for your account, you can check by clicking your username and then My eGuides & Codes, it will be listed there. 

Code Used and Unlocked

You may already have entered your code and unlocked your guide. You only need to enter this code once to unlock it for your account. You can find this eGuide by logging in at primagames.com and clicking on your username at the top of the page, then selecting My Guides & Codes. [natasha include a screenshot of location here] 

Valid Code - User Error

If you have a valid code that has not been used, be sure that you are logged in when attempting to redeem. Also, please note that sometimes browsers can have add-ons that block parts of our website so using a different browser may resolve this issue.

Blank Code Sheet

 If the code in your printed guide is blank please send the following information to techsupport@primagames.com

  • Picture of the code sheet
  • Proof of purchase
  • Prima Games username

Can’t find my redeem code

Your redeem code is printed on an insert located around the middle of the guide or on the last page of the guide you purchased.  

DLC Code Expired

Unfortunately, we have no way to reinstate a  DLC code promotion that has expired. 

I Want to buy a print guide

 We will honor redeem codes through March 1, 2021, if you are able to locate a print guide. You can typically find print guides on Amazon, eBay, or used book shops. We will not  be  publishing new print guides for the foreseeable future. 

I Want to buy an e-guide

Please note that we are not able to offer previously produced digital guides for sale at this time.
