The next generation of Xbox is on the way and a new Xbox All Access promotion is looking to get Team Green started early.
For those that may not know, the Xbox All Access bundle allows players to pay a monthly fee for a year and with that fee comes an Xbox One S, Xbox One S digital-only console, and Xbox One X console with the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. This allows players to also upgrade their Xbox console after two time periods: 12-months and 18-months with an easy to do resub. Looks like the folks over at Microsoft want fans to know that this glow-up upgrade offer will apply to next-gen as well.
Interested in what the twonew Xbox All Access bundles are? Here’s what you need to know:
- Xbox One S – $22.99 a month for 24 months
- Xbox One S Digital – $19.99 a month for 24 months
- Both include Xbox Live Gold and the Xbox Game Pass
- Both offer an upgrade path for the Xbox Scarlett after 18 months with the All Access Pass
- Xbox One X for $30.99 for 24-months
- Includes Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Live
- Xbox One X users will only have to wait 12-months to upgrade to the next generation
The team over at Xbox also added, “We realize buying a console is an investment and some players are waiting to make the jump to the next generation with Project Scarlett when it launches in Holiday 2020 alongside “Halo Infinite”. This is why as a limited time offer this holiday season, players in the U.S. and U.K. who purchase an Xbox One X with Xbox All Access through December 31, 2019, have the option to upgrade to the next Xbox console in as few as 12 months and once Project Scarlett has officially launched.
“In order to participate in the upgrade program when Project Scarlett launches in Holiday 2020, players in the U.S. and U.K. will need to be in good standing with the respective financing partner in their market, purchase Project Scarlett with a new Xbox All Access purchase from the same retail partner where they joined the program, and trade-in the console originally purchased with Xbox All Access. Terms and conditions apply, including an upgrade fee for players upgrading from the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition to Project Scarlett.”
Some of the details can vary depending on the country, which you can learn more about right here before jumping into the Xbox All Access plan. For more on what’s going on in the world of Xbox, check out some of our other Team Green-related pieces below:
