Zen Studios achieved success with Star Wars Pinball earlier this year, and with three new tables recently announced, that success is sure to continue. However, not all platforms have the original game yet, as the Nintendo 3DS was missing the party for some time.
That’ll change next week, though, as Zen Studios announced that Star Wars Pinball will arrive on the Nintendo 3DS’ eShop September 19th. The game will take advantage of the system’s 3D display to bring you into the action, with three tables available at launch – Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, Star Wars: The Clone Wars and a specific design devoted to intergalactic bounty hunter Boba Fett.
The game will also feature Balance of the Force community support, as well as in-game challenges and score notifications. You’ll earn experience points as you play, allowing you to rank up within either the Galactic Empire or Rebel Alliance, depending on which side you choose. There will be full leaderboard support as well.
Star Wars Pinball will cost $6.99 upon release.
