Battlefront 2 Beta Start and End Time

The Star Wars 2 Battlefront 2 beta is set to take place in early October, and fans who preorder the game can expect to get a few days early access before those of the public who don’t. This is pretty standard practice for betas in this day and age, as the developers want to make sure paying fans are getting access to the game’s beta so that they can help with any last-minute testing that needs to occur. That being said, we’ve broken down the details of the Star Wars Battlefront 2 beta below, so be sure to take a look to see when it takes place.

The Star Wars Battlefront 2 beta will take place between October 6-9. There’s not yet been any given time frame of when the servers will come online, so we’ll continue to look for more information about that, and update our article with the specific times when we have the details. Players who preorder the game, however, will be able to get a two-day headstart on the beta, and will have the opportunity to dive in and start playing as early as October 4. If you want to get your hands on the 2-day head start, however, you’ll need to preorder the game before September 30.

If you preorder the game you can start playing at 4AM EDT on Wednesday, October 4. Non-preorder customers can download and dive in to the beta at the same time on October 6. The beta will officially come to an end on October 9 at 12PM EDT.

How to Access the Battlefront 2 Beta

In order the access the Star Wars Battlefront 2 beta, you’re going to need to have access to an EA account, or an Origin account—depending on your platform of choice. Players on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will need to download the beta from their respective stores, and then they’ll need to login to their EA account, like they would with any other multiplayer games from Electronic Arts. Players looking to play the beta on the PC will need to rely on EA’s Origin Client, which can be downloaded from the official Origin website.
