Square Enix has confirmed that Final Fantasy X and X-2 HD Remaster will release on one PS3 Blu-ray. This confirms earlier rumors that suggested that both games were being ported at the same time for the same release.

Additionally, Square Enix confirmed that both games are coming to the PS Vita as well. Once again, the rumors that said those games would be separate on the PS Vita were also true.
The games have seen their graphics completely revamped for HD platforms. There is currently no release date for the release on either PS3 or PS Vita.
Final Fantasy X was a landmark game on the PS2 when it released on the system in 2001. The HD remake was originally announced a decade later at Tokyo Games Show 2011.
