Sonic Lost World Getting Legend of Zelda-Themed DLC Tomorrow

Owners of Sonic's latest adventure can visit Hyrule for no charge.

Sonic is no stranger to invading Nintendo territory, as he did it last year with Yoshi’s Island-themed DLC for his latest game, Sonic: Lost World. Now, he’s doing it all over again starting tomorrow, this time crashing Hyrule in a new Legend of Zelda-oriented DLC pack.

Set to arrive with the latest eShop update tomorrow, this level pack for the Wii U version of the game will be free of charge to owners of the game, and features a mini-adventure inspired level where Sonic can actually explore, rather than be limited from point A to point B like other levels. In addition, Sonic will get some nifty duds for the journey – a signature green tunic, similar to the one that Link wears.

IGN recently posted a trailer for the new level, which can be found below.
