This weekend is nuts when it comes to gamer activities. On the one hand, you have the annual QuakeCon event in Dallas, Texas, where thousands of players are gathering as we speak to show off their gaming skills.
On the other, Sony Online Entertainment is about to kick off its annual SOE Live event in Las Vegas, which is a huge draw. This year should be bigger than others, mainly because the company has a killer ace up its sleeve – the unveiling of the long-awaited EverQuest Next.
If you weren’t able to get a ticket – or you don’t feel like jetting off to Vegas for some reason – no worries. SOE’s Twitch channel will broadcast events all weekend, including the unveiling of EverQuest and plenty of competitions.
