505 Games has just announced a new downloadable game called Way of the Dogg, a product that will combine the music/rhythm genre with fighting, 70’s kung fu and Blaxploitation films.  Yep, all that in one awesome game.

Featuring Snoop Lion in all his glory, Way of the Dogg will focus on creating fighting tactics around his music library as you perform moves along to the beat of his songs.  The game will feature various enemies to take on, as well as an artistic style perfectly suited to the ways of Mr. Lion.

Not too much of the game has been shown as of yet, but we’re sure to see more of it in the months ahead, leading into its release later this year on Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network and mobile platforms.  That gives you plenty of time to stock up on “Gin and Juice”, we figure.
