Sleeping Dogs, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light Join Games For Gold

Good news – the Games For Gold program is still a go for Xbox Live Gold subscribers. Better yet, it’s starting with a bang.

Available now through January 15th, users can download Square Enix’s epic crime adventure Sleeping Dogs. In this game, you guide an undercover cop through a corrupt world, dealing with criminals and other lowlifes through fighting, shooting and driving action. This is easily one of the better open-world games available, so you’ll definitely want to give it a look.

Then, on January 16th through the 31st, you’ll be able to shoot your way through the old-school adventure Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. You’ll fight your way through hordes of enemies while surviving dangerous scenarios and solving puzzles to save the world from imminent destruction. Better still, the game introduces a co-op factor, where you can have a secondary warrior join Lara Croft in her battle for survival.
