Saints Row: The Third Remastered has officially been revealed with an epic comparison trailer highlighting all of the differences between the two versions. Since we likely won’t be getting a new Saints Row adventure anytime soon, it’s been quite a few years since the last entry, seeing The Third in all of its remastered glory is the next best thing – especially when seeing the side-by-side changes!

Since this is a remaster, Saints Row: The Third offers the same experience that players fell in love with when the game first launched but with so many improvements it basically feels like a new game. From completely overhauled lighting to incredible special effects, the witty one-liners that we fell in love with originally are now being delivered in an impressively rebuilt world-environment to match up with current-gen graphics.

Saints Row: The Third Remastered also offers all 30+ DLC that the original game players with that beautiful remastered twist. Since it’s not a remake, this means that fans can expect the same adventure from 2011, just completely overhauled visually and audibly to become even better. Plus, just look at those shaders? Not sure about you guys, but that change alone is making us drool!

Excited? Saints Row: The Third Remastered officially makes its PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC debut on May 22nd. You can sound off with what you think of the below trailer over on Twitter by hitting us up @PrimaGames! You can also scoop up some tricks about the original with our Game Hub here
