Romeo is a Dead Man Release Date Leaked

Update: The release date has been officially confirmed as February 11, 2026.

According to the PlayStation Store page for Romeo is a Dead Man, the game is releasing on February 11th, 2026. I have taken a screenshot of the store page in case it is updated later, but as of writing, there have been no changes.

This was first spotted by Twitter user HazzadorGamin and subsequently shared on Resetera and the popular Gamingleaksandrumours subreddit.

The release date was possibly going to be revealed at the Grasshopper Direct planned specifically for Romeo is Dead, slated for December 4 at 5:00 p.m. PT / 8:00 p.m. ET / December 5 at 10:00 JST, which runs for a total of five minutes.

No other titles will be revealed during this, and no other updates are coming for existing releases either. There’s a good chance that pre-orders will go live after this direct as well if the title is only a few months away from release.

If this leaked release date is correct, February is already shaping up to be one of the busiest months for game releases. Here are some of the games confirmed for it:

  • Resident Evil: Requiem
  • Nioh 3
  • Mewgenics
  • Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties
  • Deus Ex Remastered
  • High on Life 2
  • REANIMAL
  • Styx: Blades of Greed
  • Tales of Berseria Remastered
  • PGA Tour 2K25

Given how much stuff is coming out so early on, 2026 is already on track to dethrone 2025 in exciting releases. I just hope that these games can get enough attention when going up against heavy hitters like Resident Evil: Requiem.

Based on everything shown so far, Romeo is a Dead Man has everything you’d expect from a Grasshopper Manufacture release. Extreme action, tons of style, an incredibly memorable design for the lead character, and plenty of gore.
