Today, CD Projekt Red announced official release dates for Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales as well as the upcoming standalone card game Gwent: The Witcher Card Game. If you’ve been itching for a way to dive back into the world of The Witcher without having to do yet another playthrough of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, then get ready to mark your calendars, because both titles are headed to GOG.com on October 23.

Thronebreaker is a single-player RPG set in the world of The Witcher. The game aims to combine Gwent-style card battles with narrative-driven exploration and puzzle solving. Thronebreaker follows the tale of the warrior queen Meve, who rules over both Lyria and Rivia in the Northern Realms. As Meve prepares to head into battle once again, players will be able to embark on quests in parts of the Witcher world that have not yet been explored in video game form.

Hot on the heels of Homecoming, the biggest update for Gwent: The Witcher Card game since the game’s beta launch, CD Projekt Red also revealed that the upcoming card game will finally be coming out of public beta next month and into its full release. The Homecoming update provides a complete rework of the game’s visuals and mechanics based on player feedback, bringing the experience closer to the original version that players enjoyed from Wild Hunt.

Both Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales and Gwent: The Witcher Card Game will release first for PC on October 23 via GOG.com, with their console release for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One to follow on December 4. Pricing for Thronebreaker has yet to be announced.
