PlayStation 3 owners will get DLC content a week before other formats, DICE has revealed.
The deal begins with the previously announced Back to Karkland expansion, which includes popular maps from Battlefield 2.
DICE also reconfirmed Battlefield 3 open beta details. It will run on PS3 from 29th September until 10th October.
It’s freely available as a download from the PlayStation Store.
Medal of Honor: Limited Edition owners and those with a Tier 1 Edition Online pass get 48 hours of exclusive access from 27th September.
The beta consists of the Operation Metro map, footage of which lies below.
