PlayStation State of Play Scheduled For July 8, Will Show Gameplay Deep Dive of Deathloop & Other Third Party Games.

While many fans have been wondering what Sony has for its lineup this holiday especially after the company skipped E3 yet again, it looks like we will get a glimpse at some of the third-party and indie titles we can expect to see from PlayStation this year.

In the announcement on the PlayStation Blog, Sony mentions that the State of play will have a gameplay deep dive on the upcoming Bethesda game Deathloop. Originally Deathloop was to be released in May, but after a lengthy delay the game is arriving this September and it looks like the team is ready to show another large chunk of the game ahead of its release in just a couple of months.

At the bottom of the post, it mentions that God of War, Horizon Forbidden West, and the next generation of PlayStation VR will not be shown at this time and to stay tuned throughout the summer as there will be more updates regarding those titles.

Are you ready to see what PlayStation has to offer from its third-party partners and indie developers? Be sure to let us know on the official Prima Games Twitter and Facebook pages.
