The rewards keep rolling in for PlayStation Plus subscribers – and this week’s got a big one for those awaiting tomorrow’s release of Metal Gear Rising Revengeance.
Platinum Games, the developers of the forthcoming action hit, also worked on an exciting Sega shooter called Vanquish, and that game is now being released this week as the top PlayStation Plus freebie. Clocking in at 11 GB, Vanquish is a welcome addition to any game library.
In addition, Mega Man: Maverick Hunter X, a PSP classic in its own right, will be available free of charge to PS Vita owners. Not a bad deal.
Other bargains being offered include a free starter pack for the online PS3 shooter Dust 514, produced by EVE, and discounts on the forthcoming PSN release Urban Trial Freestyle for both PlayStation 3 and PS Vita. Get the PS3 version for $11.99, and the Vita version for $7.99. Sadly, that title isn’t taking the Cross-Buy route.
