Arc System Works has revealed the second additional DLC character for Guilty Gear Strive, following Goldlewis Dickinson earlier in the summer. The new character is Jack-O’, a “fan favorite” introduced in the Guilty Gear story who will now be playable.
She’ll be available for Season Pass owners on August 27, 2021.
The Next Guilty Gear Strive Character is Jack-O’
According to a press release from Arc System Works, Jack-O’ is “an artificial life form fused with the protagonist Sol’s former love’s consciousness with high skills in combat and a powerful arsenal that allows her to overtake her opponent easily.”
That sure is a collection of words fitting for a Guilty Gear character. While Jack-O’ will be available for Season Pass customers on August 27, folks who would rather purchase her separately will have to wait a few more days until August 30.
A new color pack for “select characters” will also be added to Guilty Gear Strive. Jack-O’ is only the second of five new playable characters planned as part of Guilty Gear Strive’s Season Pass.
The third character is due this year, while the next two are set for 2022. The fourth and fifth character will be paired with a new stage, and some new story content( and another new stage) respectively.
