Spider-Man 2 Confirms Over 65 Customizable Suits in New TrailerĀ

Forget about your wardrobe, the city's in danger!

Less than a month and a half before the release of Spider-Man 2, the latest trailer showcased in the September State of Play reveals how far you can customize both of our heroes in the sequel to the original title. Featuring 65 suits for you to choose from, you can also take another step and customize them in any way you want.

This is a huge step up from the previous game, which featured only 28 suits in total. Each of them enhances a different ability for either Peter or Miles and thanks to the Suit Stylize system, you can use any of them with your preferred looks without losing any perks. According to the trailer, players can customize them in more than 200 different, unique ways.

According to the trailer, these suits come from basically all Spider-Man media up until now. We got suits from the comics, from movies, and even some special designs here and there, so thereā€™s something for everyone here. And I canā€™t even imagine how interesting things will get once players get their hands on customizing them.

We also got to see a little bit more of the new, expanded New York exploration, which is stated to be double the size of the previous game. This huge city is filled to the brim with activities and mini-quests you can tackle to make the protagonists stronger and/or get some small unlockables.

Later in the showcase, we got another trailer focused on some of them. Peter and Miles will get 5 unique suits each. Some of them include the Tactical Suit for Peter and the Red Spectre Suit for Miles. These are exclusive to the Digital Deluxe edition, which also features a few early unlocks for the Spider heroes.

Spider-Man 2 releases on October 20 exclusively for the PS5. No announcements for a PC have been made yet, but the title will likely swing its way onto Steam and other game services after some time.
