New Rayman Legends Demo Being Prepared For Wii U For Later This Month

A lot of Wii U owners are sore over the fact that they’ll have to wait until September to experience the glorious Rayman Legends, even though the game is practically finished and ready to go.  Ubisoft wants to soothe their pain a little bit with an exclusive demo, one that will be available for free later this month.

This isn’t just an ordinary demo – it will come with the full online challenge mode with four levels in the game where you can battle against friends through online leaderboards.  Ubisoft is promising daily and weekly challenges to take on through the mode as well as Murfy’s Dungeon, a level that will be exclusive to the Wii U version.

This does soften the blow a bit, but it doesn’t make the wait for the game’s release on September 27th any easier.  Still beats nothing.

Rayman Legends will be released for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U later this year.
