If you’re a sports enthusiast, 2K Sports has a double dose of good news for you.
The company has confirmed that two of its biggest sports franchises will be arriving this October, just in time to get your competitive spirit going for the holidays.
First up, NBA 2K14 will be hitting store shelves on October 1st. Though the game’s newest features haven’t been revealed yet, players can expect the finest basketball simulation that they can get their hands on. Game platforms haven’t been revealed as of yet, but it’s expected to come out for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 at the very least.
Meanwhile, WWE 2K14 is 2K Sports’ debut with the wrestling franchise ever since it acquired the license from THQ and is dated for October 29th on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Yukes, the same development team that’s been working on THQ’s WWE releases, will once again be producing the game. No word on features yet, but we do know that The Rock will be on the cover. That’s right, jabronie!
2K Sports has plenty going for it this year. We’ll have first looks at both of these games quite soon!
