Walkthrough

This mission is a more difficult version of the previous Code Talker mission. The enemies will have higher health, and you will also be more susceptible to damage. Our goal is to help you survive this mission and walk away with an S Rank.

From the starting location where the helicopter drops you off, ride D-Horse northeast along the river until you trigger a cutscene. As with the earlier mission, you will have several sniper Skulls aimed at your position after you skip the cutscene. Move up the river a bit further, and cut to the left to take cover behind a rock wall. Continue to the far left and up a path through the forest, using the waypoint marker in the distance as your guide. If you get in the sights of the enemy snipers, simply weave through the trees to avoid being shot.

Continue past the left side of the waterfall to a path behind it, leading you to the mansion. Climb up the rocky outcropping, and try not to get spotted by the guard commanding the spotlight on the balcony. You can also sneak up on this guard and interrogate him if you wish.

Head along the west side of the mansion and make your way to the back door as you did before. Toss a magazine off to the left to distract the guards, guiding them away from the door. Sneak past them and enter the mansion.

Once inside, hang a left and head through the corridor down to the basement. Skip the cutscene that occurs when you reach the last door, and prepare to slowly carry Code talker out of the mansion.

Retrace your steps back up the stairs to exit the way you came. Before you head into the final room where the exit is located, call in your extraction helicopter to save time.

With Code Talker over your shoulders, make a dash for the door and head outside. Try your best to avoid getting hit by the puppet soldiers surrounding the exit. If they grab you, you will drop Code Talker and have to deal with them, which will take up precious time.

Keep sprinting through the jungle toward the extraction zone, dodging the puppet soldiers along the way. The trek takes a while, but you get there eventually. Once you load Code Talker onto the chopper and board yourself, the mission concludes. If you were able to extract Code Talker without him taking damage, you will earn extra points. Combined with your other score bonuses, you should have earned the S Rank rather easily.
