Konami has announced a new downloadable pack for the hard-hitting spin-off which will be introduced next month.  In it, you’ll have control of two characters in the game – Blade Wolf and Sam.

Sam will be the leading star in Jetstream, a side story that will focus on his actions within the game.  Meanwhile, with Blade Wolf, you’ll utilize his special attacks and abilities as he tries to resolve his own side story.

This is the latest DLC announced for the game, alongside the 30 VR missions that came out exclusively for PlayStation 3 this week.  However, this twin pack will be available for both PS3 and Xbox 360.  It’ll arrive this April, and will set you back $6.99 (560 Microsoft points).  Not a bad deal for playable new characters.  Especially a ROBOT WOLF.

Metal Gear Rising Revengeance is available now for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
