Ever since it was re-introduced some time ago, we’ve been intrigued by Konami’s Metal Gear Rising Revengeance, a new action-based game in development over at Platinum Games. We’ve since gotten hands-on with the game, trying out its tutorial and slicing a helicopter in half. (Yeahhhhh…) But we had yet to really see anything new from it, nor what Raiden was fully capable of.
But Konami changed that this week with the reveal of a new trailer, featuring more bad-assery than you could possibly handle from Raiden. Slicing more things in half? Check. Looking ridiculously cool while doing so? Check. You can check out the trailer for yourself below.
Also, as part of a new growing standard with most new releases on the PlayStation 3, Konami also confirmed that a digital version would be available on PlayStation Network the same day as the retail release. While this wasn’t confirmed for the U.S. just yet, don’t be surprised if Sony makes it happen on these shores.
