Mass Effect Voice Actor Robin Sachs Passes Away At 62

The man behind Zaeed Massani had a long range of acting roles.

Mass Effect fans, pay your tribute – the voice behind Zaeed is gone.

Robin Sachs, the voice actor who played the gruff character in the BioWare-produced space series, passed away at the age of 62.  Sachs had a long career with acting, with credits including Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days, Buffy the Vampire Slayer (the series), Galaxy Quest, Ocean’s Eleven, NCIS and Star Trek: Voyager.

An entry on BioWare’s blog stated, “Our thoughts are with Robin’s family and friends during this difficult time, and we thank him for bringing Zaeed to life in the way that only Robin could.”

Our thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones.  Thanks for the great voicework, Robin.
