2019 is apparently the year of surprises because both The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey are getting VR support thanks to the Nintendo Labo.
The Nintendo of America Twitter account gave fans the good news, showing off to players a unique new way they can take on two beloved Nintendo Switch titles. Breath of the Wild in particular seems perfect for this VR format with its stunning open world and calming exploration (when the player isn’t under fire, of course):

In order to experience either title in this new VR format, a VR Kit is required. The arrival of the new kit makes its debut on April 12th with two available versions to choose from. The first version includes every Toy-Con creation thus far, while the second is meant to be more of a starter kit which of course makes it a little more affordable. To learn more about both options, the Nintendo Labo website has been updated with more on both VR additions — including the epic Blaster.
