The trailer is about Cyberpunk 2077, but if we’re being honest, we couldn’t take our eyes off Keanu Reeves. The man is absolutely breathtaking.

Keanu Reeves Tells Gamers to Seize the Day in New Cyberpunk 2077 Commercial

As exciting as most of the promotions for Cyberpunk 2077 have been, none have been quite as breathtaking as the ones featuring Keanu Reeves.

They are the epitome of cool. Heck, we’re still unable to shake Keanu’s surprise E3 2019 appearance out of our heads.

During game 1 of the NBA Finals on October 1, CD Projekt Red aired a new trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 that shows they’re far from done with their Keanu promos.

The trailer is short, coming in at just 30 seconds in length. In it, we see clips of Cyberpunk 2077 interspersed with Keanu Reeves who says the following:

“In 2077, what makes someone a criminal? Getting caught. In Night City you can become anyone, anything, if your body can pay the price. So seize the day. Then set it on fire.”

It’s simple, straight to the point, and extremely effective in getting us hyped for the game.

Over the years, Keanu Reeves has played a host of interesting characters from Ted to Neo to John Wick.

Keeping those characters in mind, we can’t help but be excited at the opportunity to learn more about the character he’ll be portraying in Cyberpunk 2077, Johnny Silverhand, on November 19.

We’re also excited to be able to explore Night City in general. In the past, CD Projekt Red captivated gamers with their work on games like The Witcher 3 which stands as one of the best RPGs ever made.

We have no doubt that Cyberpunk 2077 is being developed to meet the standard they set by The Witcher 3, and even to try and surpass it.

Unfortunately, a game like Cyberpunk 2077 requires a lot of work and time, and concerns have been brought up recently about the crunch the developers are currently enduring in order to get the game out on November 19.

Personally, we’d be fine with waiting a little longer for the game’s release if it means the developers aren’t forced into a stressful time crunch, but we also understand the pressure of trying to meet a release date that coincides with the launch of next gen consoles.

Unless things change, Cyberpunk 2077 is on track to release on November 19 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. It’ll also be available on Xbox Series X | S and PlayStation 5 with a Google Stadia release also confirmed.

Stay tuned, as we’ll be posting a lot more about Cyberpunk 2077 in the weeks leading up to the game’s release.
