Gearbox has spilled the beans on the forthcoming iOS title Borderlands Legends, it’s coming October 31 and will set you back $4.99 on iPhone or $6.99 on iPad.
Much like its console counterparts, Legends is an action-RPG with tons full of loot, where it differs though is that you’ll be viewing the action from a fixed isometric perspective.
The four characters from the first title are back, and you’ll be able to control them all at once, so says an Entertainment Weekly exclusive first play. The game will allow unlimited leveling, ooooooooh dear (goodbye life). A “strategic cove system” has been integrated into the title, missions are randomized and boss fights are plentiful.
“With intuitive, touch-based commands and slick UI, Borderlands Legends combines the inventory and skill tree management that gamers already love about the franchise with a layer of strategy that is popular on mobile devices,” says Marion Dreo on Gearbox’s official site.
