Insomniac Games is busy, between the release of its multiplayer shooter Fuse and the forthcoming Xbox One game Sunset Overdrive. However, it hasn’t forgotten about Sony. Today, the developer tweeted out a mysterious poster indicating that a long-standing franchise could make a comeback, perhaps on PlayStation 4.
Insomniac said the following: “Big News coming tomorrow!!! When Worlds Collide…Heroes Return,” along with the following image.
There is a possibility this could tie in with a new Ratchet and Clank game for PlayStation 4, but many are saying this could also be Jak and Daxter, Naughty Dog’s heroic platforming duo. This is due to the use of a purple portal image in the middle of the poster. Who knows? It might even be both Ratchet and Jak together, saving the universe.
