Frostbite

Command: Down, Back + Light

Hit Level: N/A

Range: N/A

Description: Killer Frost’s hands turn into ice and she is able to parry most high and mid attacks.

Meter Burn Frostbite

Description: The Meter Burn version of Frostbite leaves the opponent frozen after a successful parry for a combo of choice.

Iceberg

Command: Down, Back + Medium

Hit Level: Mid

Range: Full Screen

Description: Killer Frost summons an ice spike that tracks and impales the opponent anywhere on the screen. This move is safe on block in certain areas on the screen where some opponents can’t reach or don’t have moves fast enough to punish it.

Meter Burn Iceberg

Description: Pressing the Meter Burn button after Iceberg connects leaves the opponent frozen in the air a little longer, making it easier to land a combo.

Flash Freeze

Command: Down, Back, Forward + Medium

Hit Level: High

Range: 1/4 Screen

Description: Killer Frost dashes towards her opponent, grabs and freezes him or her, and then slaps the opponent with her icy hands. This move is unblockable; the only way to avoid it is by crouching.

Meter Burn Flash Freeze

Description: Pressing the Meter Burn button after Flash Freeze connects leaves the opponent frozen for a follow up combo instead of slapping him or her away.

Black Ice

Command: Back, Down + Hard

Hit Level: Low

Range: 3/4 Screen

Description: Killer Frost slides towards her opponent and, if the move connects, pops the opponent up into the air for a follow up with a combo of your choice. This move is safe when blocked.

Frozen Daggers

Command: Back, Forward + Light

Hit Level: High

Range: Full Screen

Description: Killer Frost launches two ice daggers at her opponent that deal a good amount of damage, especially for a projectile.
