If you picked up Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational for PS Vita last year – or you’re just itching for a good golf game again – Sony has some good news for you.
The company has announced that it will release Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational for PlayStation 3 this coming Tuesday, just in time for the series’ 15th anniversary. The game will be a digital download and sell for $19.99 – about right for a full-sized golf game.
World Invitational features local multiplayer for up to four players, as well as a new Real Feel Shot feature that takes full advantage of the PlayStation Move controller. If you prefer, you can play with a regular controller as well. The game also gives you the opportunity to build online rivalries with other players.
Best of all, the game will be compatible with the PS Vita version. Not only will you be able to share your downloadable content from that game, but you’ll also be able to play with people on the PS3 using an updated patch offered at no charge.
