Hasbulla Fans Want Him as a Playable Fighter Following UFC 5 Reveal

The fans want one thing, and one thing only here.

Hasbulla has been a mysterious figure within the UFC for quite some time, with his small stature earning him big love from around the globe. However, his cameo in the most recent UFC game has fans wanting to head into the Octagon with him as a playable fighter.

In a post shared by Hasbulla fan page @HasbullaHive, fighter Islam Makhachev makes his way to the Octagon with Hasbulla making a surprise appearance alongside him. Not only is this a great cameo, since the two can be spotted in real life together rather often, but the digital renderings of both look fantastic. Players, on the other hand, are hoping that Hasbulla makes it from ringside teammate to a fighter in the near future. In a fight between Hasbulla and Georges St. Pierre, my money’s on Hasbulla.

While it would be hilarious to watch Hasbulla get into the ring with some of the other UFC icons, there may have to be a few special rules put into play to make the grounds more competitive. Maybe the addition of his sworn rival, Abdu Rozik, as another DLC fighter could be in the near future? It’s hard to say since Hasbulla hasn’t been seen training in the ring before, but this could lead to bigger things in the future.

I mean, UFC 4 did have a Hasbulla Vanity Bundle that you could purchase to deck out your character as a caricatured version of the iconic sports personality, but we can only hope that you can bring the fighting spirit to life with the man himself soon. It’s something I didn’t know I wanted until now, and I’m hoping that EA sees the demand for this little man to make his big debut in the ring.
