Halo 4 arrived last week to the thunderous arrival of $220 million in first day sales – that’s a lot of users – and with that, hundreds of multiplayer hours have already been logged. So, as a surprise to probably no one, the game has already dominated the Top 20 Xbox Live games for its first week of release, according to Larry “Major Nelson” Hyrb’s blog page.
The top 20 is as follows…
1. Halo 4
2. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
3. Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition
4. Call of Duty: Black Ops
5. FIFA Soccer 13
6. Assassin’s Creed III
7. Modern Warfare 3
8. Halo Reach
9. Battlefield 3
10. NBA 2K13
11. Borderlands 2
12. Madden NFL 13
13. Skyrim
14. Grand Theft Auto IV
15. Gears of War 3
16. FIFA 12
17. Happy Wars
18. Forza Horizon
19. Halo 3
20. Forza Motorsport 4
Congrats to 343 Industries for hitting the big time with its sequel. Now the question is…where will Call of Duty: Black Ops II end up next week? Hmmm…
