Ever since its release last year on Xbox 360, Halo 4 has reinvigorated the franchise, thanks to a fresh new approach by 343 Industries and an interesting new story arc that will eventually carry over to the Xbox One.
In case you missed it – or just want a more convenient package where you can get all the downloadable content – Microsoft will offer a Game of the Year edition this October, complete with the original game, a War Games map pass, the Spartan Ops Season 1 package, the Halo 4 Champions bundle and all the digital content that previously came out with the collector’s edition of the game.
There’s no word on pricing yet, but we should learn more this weekend during PAX, where Microsoft will have a huge presence.
