Animal Crossing New Horizons, Doom Eternal, Ghost of Tsushima, Hades, The Last of Us Part 2, and Final Fantasy VII Remake. Now, this is an absolutely stacked list and it’s going to be hard to find a clear winner. All of these games in their respective right have a claim to the title, but only one can leave victorious.

The Game Awards are on December 10, so the wait to find out the winner won’t be too long from now.

2020 has been a crazy year for a lot of reasons, but we often forget just how many games actually came out this year. While of course, awards are subjective, it’s still fun the champion your favorite game and see it get the recognition it deserves.

It’s great to see games like Among Us and 13 Sentinels show up in a big award ceremony (and hopefully) take home an award, but who knows.
