PlayStation All Stars is less than two weeks away from release, and will bring together more than 20 of Sony’s more recognizable game characters in one big super-brawl on both the PS3 and PlayStation Vita. But who’s the end boss that put this tournament together? Would you believe…a mascot from the classic PS One days?
In a new trailer for the game, the big purple headed freak is revealed as the final boss you’ll come across, who generates phantom characters before attempting to crush you with his somewhat large skull. We’ve included the trailer below for your viewing pleasure.
We expected the one and only Kevin Butler, but considering the legal troubles going on with the actor portraying him (like his appearance in a Bridgestone ad featuring a Nintendo Wii), this is the more obvious choice.
Oh, and for the record, Polygon Man DOES say, “You are not ready.” YES!
The game has gone gold, so you won’t have to wait too long for it. PlayStation All Stars Battle Royale hits stores for PlayStation 3 and PS Vita on November 20th. Remember, it’s a Cross-Buy title, so you get both versions free with the PS3 one!
