Ever since it released earlier this month, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon has been nothing short of excellent. It has an awesome cheesy 80’s vibe and non-stop action, as well as plenty of four-letter quips from Michael Biehn. If that’s not enough, someone went and produced a would-be movie trailer for it.
A YouTube user by the name of Mike Diva (Mike Dahlquist actually) has produced a trailer packed with 80’s style effects and over-the-top madness, ranging from a flying shark with laser beams shooting out of its eyes to thugs with really bad haircuts. We’re talking hair band style, folks.
It’s an unofficial trailer, but we would pick these guys up to produce a live-action movie for us if we were Ubisoft. It’s seriously that bad – er, good. You can watch the thing in its entirety here, so bring the popcorn.
