Ever since it briefly showed the game earlier this year, Epic Games has been keeping awful quiet about the strategic action title Fortnite, one that actually takes place in an entirely different universe than its previous projects. Luckily, we won’t have to wait long to see the veil get lifted on the game. Unless, of course, you can’t get into San Diego Comic-Con.
The popular comic/gaming/actors event, which takes place this July in San Diego, California, will be the home for a Fortnite panel, which will take place in room 6A at 10:45 AM PDT on July 12. As part of the panel, design director Cliff Bleszinki, producer Tanya Jessen and lead artist Pete Ellis will take part, revealing “inspirations, gameplay details” and more about Fortnite, as well as why it’ll take Epic Games “in both a classic and all-new direction.”
Gaming goddess Jessica Chobot will be hosting the panel. You can bet we’ll be there, and return with a preview.
