Fortnite’s in-game announcements have just been updated with news of a new limited-time mode called Disco Domination, which will be available this week. Fortnite players should get their favorite dance emotes ready, because the Disco Domination LTM is all about busting a move and capturing dance floors all across the map in Fortnite Battle Royale.
According to the in-game description, the Disco Domination LTM involves capturing and defending various dance floors by using emotes to earn points. Epic didn’t mention any other details about the new game mode, but the description still gives players plenty to look forward to. This sounds like a simple yet fun concept for an LTM that puts one of Fortnite’s best features in the spotlight.
Going by the pattern of previous Fortnite updates, there’s a good chance we may see the arrival of the Disco Domination LTM as early as Tuesday morning. If not, then the next best guess would be Thursday, when the next set of weekly challenges unlock for Season 6.
To prepare for Disco Domination, you may want to start leveling up the new Season 6 Battle Pass to unlock new dance emotes before the LTM arrives this week. Make sure to get in a bit of dance practice by completing the Streetlight Spotlight challenge for Week 1 as well.
