It’s been a long time coming but The Behemoth’s follow-up to Castle Crashers, Battleblock Theater, has proven to be worth the wait. The game is filled with platforming challenges, humorous co-op multiplayer situations, and a soundtrack that’s likely to stay with you for days. If you still haven’t had a chance to check it out, or you’ve been waiting for that certain challenge, the Behemoth team may have a prime opportunity for you.
The company has announced that it will be hosting a live event on Twitch.tv tomorrow, May 2nd starting at 3:30 PM Pacific. Not only will it be live streaming gameplay sessions from Theater, but it’ll be inviting various Xbox Live members to join in the fun. Just don’t expect to be treated nice if you plunge a developer into water; we hear they hate that.
The hour long session will also have various Behemoth team members on hand answering questions about the game in the chat room. If you don’t get in on a session, you can still ask away about anything, from Hatty Hattington’s true intentions (we hear he likes hats) to wondering if any more Castle Crashers will show up.
You can read more about the Behemoth session on their official site. Be sure to tell your friends!
Battleblock Theater is available now for Xbox Live Arcade.
