Dead Rising 2 dated, prelude for 360
August release for Case Zero
At X10 today, Capcom announced that they’ll be bringing Dead Rising 2 out on the Xbox 360 (and we presume the PS3, but this was a Microsoft event) on 3rd September.
The announcement was made that a prologue to Dead Rising 2 will be released exclusively to Xbox 360 owners. The extra chapter is to be released in August and is meant to bridge the gap between Dead Rising 1 and 2. It’s to be called Dead Rising 2: Case Zero.
It will be “standalone and entirely consist of unique content that will not be in Dead Rising 2”, Capcom said.
