As promised, the fine people at Blizzard have finally announced the release date for the first, and long-awaited Hearthstone expansion. In just a few short days, players on PC, Mac, and iPad will get access to the first wing of the Curse of Naxxramas content.
As explained in a recent article, the expansion will actually roll out throughout a 5-week period, with the first wing, the Arachnid Quartner opening on July 22nd for Free. The subsequent 4 wings will open each following week and will carry an individual price tag of $6.99 or 700 in-game Gold (with varying bundle prices also available depending on how many wings you’ve already unlocked).
So rejoice, Hearthstone fans, the moment you’ve all been waiting for is just around the corner. July 22nd can’t come soon enough.
